Master Detective July 1999
There was no reason for Kirsty Carver to run away from home. She was a happy popular girl who was well respected among her police colleagues. Her killer remained at large for a month after she disappeared.
It was similar to the hit television show Friends. Three good-looking guys living together, sharing not only their apartment but also their lives. Just as in the television show, they became soulmates, inseparable, double dating, and trying to help each other and survive the ups and downs of everyday life. Unlike the comedy series, though, their lives ended in tragedy because they had the courage to stand up against a man prepared to kill if they didn’t do what he wanted. But they didn’t know what they were up against until it was too late – and they died together.
