The Met has renewed appeals for information about a murder committed 11 years ago. The victim was Atek, Hussain, 32, father of three, who was knifed in the chest yards from his front door in Burnels Avenue, Upton Park, east London, at 2.30 a.m. on Sunday, September 18th, 1994.

Mr. Hussain, who had just finished working at his restaurant in Croydon, managed to stagger to his home and tell his family that his attackers were “Asian” before collapsing.
