But these are not the words that should disturb us. The sub-heading declares: "Government Reviews Laws On Gun Control." AK-47 were banned, but there was no ban on Berettas which Ryan used to shoot his first victim 13 times as she fled. Who is to blame? While the families of the children murdered at Dunblane continue their fight to have guns banned, haven’t most of us forgotten? Until the next time.
