Description
Few people can be unaware that November 2013 marks the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. It’s a story that continues to fascinate, not least because of the many conspiracy theories surrounding it. And this issue of MD brings you our definitive report on the Kennedy enigma.
But it’s also nearly 50 years since the still-unsolved murder of 13-year-old Anne Dunwell, from Whiston, near Rotherham. Cold-case investigators recently came tantalisingly close to a breakthrough – but were stymied by the local health authority’s refusal to breach patient confidence. We’d be very interested to hear our readers’ views on this.
It’s not all 50-year-old cases, though. Proof is that murder, sadly, never goes out of fashion…
