The first use of capital punishment on St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and the last to date, occurred when three convicted murderers went to the gallows in St. Vincent on Monday, February 13th, 1995, amid much secrecy. They were Douglas Hamlet, Franklyn Thomas and David Collins.
